Promotional Item Distribution Guidelines

Items given out during special promotional dates are subject to the following guidelines:

  • One (1) promotional item per guest, per ticket, while supplies last.  Please note that giveaway quantities vary by date, and guests must be in attendance to be eligible. 
  • The Nationals reserve the right to deny distribution to any guest whose ticket is deemed invalid.
  • All guests must meet the qualifications for age-sensitive giveaways to be eligible to receive an item (i.e. kids 12 & under; adults 21 & over). 
  • Guests must obtain their item upon entering Nationals Park and before leaving the distribution area. Out of respect for all guests, anyone who approaches the distribution area or distribution staff after he or she has left the area will not be eligible to receive an item.  The Nationals are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.
  • All items will be distributed from the announced time that the gates open until 60 minutes after the start of the game, while supplies last..
  • Items such as t-shirts or replica jerseys may come in various sizes.  Individual sizes are available while supplies last and are not guaranteed.  Exchanges for different sizes will not be allowed.
  • Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. If a guest’s item is damaged and/or broken upon receipt, he/she should see the on-site Guest Experience manager immediately. Any guest who makes a damage claim after leaving the distribution area will not receive a replacement item.
