What is Ticket Relay?

Ticket Relay enables fans to send and receive tickets via email. It's as easy as 1-2-3...

All you need are your tickets in order to enter their control codes and the e-mail address of the person to whom you want to transfer the tickets to.
The recipient instantly receives an e-mail notifying him/her of the transfer, and is asked to associate those tickets with a major credit card, or California Driver's License for a will call pick up. The recipient also has the option to print their tickets from home.
The tickets may then be picked up by swiping that card at any of the automated ticketing kiosks at Willie Mays, 2nd & King St. and Lefty O'Doul Plazas or at AT&T Park and at the 3rd base box office for Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium.

Once the recipient accepts a Ticket Relay transfer, the original tickets are no longer valid and will not admit entrance to the game. The recipient of the new seats can then Relay those new seats to another person, who can then Relay them again if necessary, and again, and so on...

Using Ticket Relay, tickets can be instantly donated to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with just a few clicks of your mouse. This unique ticket transfer system can be used to electronically email your tickets to CATS (Community Access Ticket Service), which assists the Giants in distributing donated tickets to non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Relaying to CATS is free.
