My Giants Tickets
Using My Giants Tickets, you'll be able to view, manage and track all activity associated with your entire San Francisco Giants ticket inventory.
How to Use "My Giants Tickets":

1.
Log in to your "My Giants Tickets" account »
2. View the list of upcoming games for which you currently hold tickets in your My Giants Tickets account.

3. Click on the (+) next to any game to see a list of the tickets that you hold for that event.
How to Add Tickets to your "My Giants Tickets" account:

1. Click the "Add Tickets" button.

2. Enter the full barcode on your paper ticket.

3. Click the "Add Tickets" button.

4. You should now see the new tickets in your inventory.
DOUBLE PLAY TICKET WINDOW
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ON DOUBLE PLAY?
Select the desired game that shows at least 1 offer from the game list, or log in to your "My Giants Tickets" account. The Log In button is in the top right hand corner of the "Double Play Ticket Window" page.
Non-Season Ticketholders that are new to The Double Play Ticket Window may purchase tickets on Double Play by creating a new My Giants Tickets account after browsing ticket offers posted by Season Ticketholders.
Giants Season Ticketholders do not need to open a new account. Please use your season ticket account and log in to your "My Giants Tickets" page.
How To Use Double Play to Purchase Tickets:
1. Click the Buy Double Play Tickets Tab

2. Select a desired game that shows at least 1 offer from the game list

3. Browse the list of ticket offers and select the one that you would like to purchase

4. Review the seat location, parking (if available) and price of the offer

5. Click the Continue to Payment button

6. Select a delivery option (i.e. Will Call, US Mail, or Fed Ex)

7. Enter payment information

8. Click the Buy Tickets button to purchase the tickets
HOW DO I SELL TICKETS ON DOUBLE PLAY?
Double Play Ticket Window allows you to resell tickets in your "My Giants Tickets" inventory to any fan that is browsing for tickets*.
*ONLY GIANTS SEASON TICKETHOLDERS MAY SELL TICKETS ON THE DOUBLE PLAY TICKET WINDOW.
How To Use Double Play to Sell Your Tickets:
1. From the "My Giants Tickets" page, click on the (+) next to the game date that you would like to sell. Click on the check boxes next to each seat to select the tickets that you want to post online for others to purchase.

2. Enter the last four digits of the bar code (case sensitive...all CAPS) from each ticket that you wish to sell to verify that you have each ticket in your possession.

3. Click the "Sell Tickets" button at the bottom of your ticket inventory.

4. Review your tickets and enter the price that you wish to receive for the tickets.

5. Enter a description of the tickets, up to 255 characters, that will encourage buyers to choose your offer.

6. Enter the amount, if any that you would like to donate to The Giants Community Fund if your offer is purchased.

7. Click Continue to review your offer and make any changes.

8. Click Continue to place the offer for sale.

9. You may edit or cancel the offer at any time before the tickets are purchased by visiting the "History" page and clicking on the offer number of the offer you wish to edit.

10. If a buyer purchases your tickets, you will receive an email confirmation. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the game.

11. If your offer expires and is not purchased, you will receive an email confirmation. Your original tickets will remain valid for entry.
TICKET RELAY
Ticket Relay allows you to e-mail the tickets you choose to whomever you wish.
How to use Ticket Relay
1. From the "My Giants Tickets" page, click on the (+) next to the game date that you would like to Relay.

2. Click on the check boxes next to each seat to select the tickets that you want to Relay.

3. Enter the last four digits of the bar code (case sensitive… all CAPS) from each ticket that you wish to Relay to verify that you have each ticket in your possession.

4. Click the "Relay" button at the bottom of your ticket inventory.

5. Select a type of account to receive the tickets (Recipient, or Buddy. The Buddy List is only available to Season Ticketholders).

6. Choose who you will Relay your tickets to by using the convenient drop down list of recipients that you have previously entered, or choose to add a new recipient. *To add a new recipient, enter the person's full name and e-mail address in the boxes provided on the right of the screen.

7. Type a personal message to the recipient, up to 255 characters, in the space provided.

8. Click the "Relay" button. The Recipient will receive an e-mail with your personal message and instructions on how to accept or decline the tickets. If this is your first Relay offer, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to store on your account to pay for transfers. *You may change the credit card used for transfers at any time by clicking the "My Account" tab and selecting the "Relay Payment" tab and changing the information.

9. A relayed ticket may be cancelled at any time before it is accepted by going to the "History" page and clicking on the offer number.

10. If the recipient accepts the tickets, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a personal message (if any) from the recipient. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the selected game and should be destroyed.

11. If the recipient declines the tickets, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will remain valid. Do not discard you paper ticket until the Relay has been completed.
How to Accept or Decline a Ticket Relay from Someone Else
1. If someone has offered to Relay tickets to your account, you will receive an email asking you to accept or decline the offer.

If this is your first Relay, you MUST use the link in the email you have received.

After your first Relay, you may accept or decline the ticket offer on the "To Do List" page.

2. Click on the ticket offer that you would like to Accept or Decline.

3. Enter a personal message to the sender in the space provided (optional).

4. Select Accept if you would like the tickets.

5. Select Decline if you are unable to use the tickets.

6. Enter your personal identification (credit card number or California drivers license). You will not be charged to receive a Relay. This information will only be used to pick up your tickets at the Will Call Kiosks at AT&T Park.

7. An e-mail with your personal message will be sent to the person that offered the tickets along with notification of your acceptance or declination.

8. If you accept the offer, the tickets will appear in your "My Giants Tickets Page" and can be picked up at any Will Call Kiosk at AT&T Park.
TICKET TRANSFER QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. How does it work?
Each of your paper tickets carries a unique barcode. During the transfer
process, the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and a new one
is issued electronically. The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a
unique barcode that can be picked up at any Will Call Kiosk at AT&T Park.
2. What is the fee?
Ticket Relay is an inexpensive alternative to other delivery and courier
services. For a nominal fee of $2 per ticket charged to the person transferring the tickets, you can enjoy the convenience of this new technology.
3. What is a buddy list?
Buddy lists are free ticket transfers to select e-mail addresses. Season Ticketholders are able to register 5 email addresses in their buddy list. Only season ticketholders have access for free transfers with the buddy list.

Account Info Tab:
View and update your personal information including Address, phone number, email address, and choose how to receive your funds from Double Play sales (season ticketholders only).
Buddy/Recipient Tab:
View your Buddy List (season ticket holders only)

View and edit your Recipient List.

Click on recipients name to edit info.

Click on recipients email to send a message.
Relay Payment Info Tab:
View and update your credit card info.

Change the credit card info stored on-line by updating the info and clicking on the
"Save Changes" button.

Delete all card info by clicking on the "Delete" button (only if you do not have any outstanding Relays)
Change Password Tab:
Change your password by entering your current password and a new password.

Click "Save Changes" to complete the change.
Email Preferences Tab:
Update when you would like to be notified by email by clicking on the check boxes next to the email you would like to receive.
