Rain checks
Every effort will be made to replay a rained-out or postponed game. If a game is postponed (i.e., due to inclement weather) you may use your ticket to attend the rescheduled game. If the game is canceled, you may request a refund. Season Ticketholders will receive a credit on their account for any canceled games. All tickets purchased through the Giants (e.g. at the ballpark ticket office or at Giants Dugout Stores) must be submitted to the AT&T Park Ticket Office by mailing your tickets and request to: AT&T Park, Attn: Giants Ticket/Client Relations Department, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. All tickets purchased through Tickets.com must be returned to the point of purchase to receive a full refund. Any such violation will be addressed appropriately by the Giants, their affiliates and the San Francisco Police Department will enforce California Penal Code Sec. 346 and M.P.C. 869 for any such violations. People caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to AT&T Park revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Giants ticket outlets only.

Ticket Donations
There are several ways to make sure that your tickets are put to good use.
  • Using Ticket Relay, tickets can be instantly donated to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with just a few clicks of your mouse. This unique ticket transfer system can be used to electronically email your tickets to CATS (Community Access Ticket Service), which assists the Giants in distributing donated tickets to non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Of course, you can still donate tickets the old-fashioned way.
To do so, mail or overnight your game tickets to:
    Community Access Ticket Service (CATS)
    965 Mission St., Suite 240
    San Francisco, CA, 94103
Tickets for weekday games must be received 24 hours prior to the game. It is suggested that tickets for Saturday and Sunday be received at the CATS office by Friday noon. Please call 415.543.1400 or email zoe@communitytickets.org with any questions.

Community Access Ticket Service (CATS) provides to disadvantaged individuals, opportunities to attend arts and sporting events in the Bay Area. CATS accomplishes this through partnership with 350 local social service agencies and working closely with local sports teams, museums, and fine arts groups. Through these collaborations, CATS is able to bring 50,000 people yearly to hundreds of events.

CATS is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization TAX ID # 20-1241984. Please consult with your tax professional to determine how you may benefit from this donation. You have been provided no goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for your donation.

Acknowledgement letters will be sent at the end of the season.
