Rain checks

Every effort will be made to replay a rained-out or postponed game. If a game is postponed (i.e., due to inclement weather) you may use your ticket to attend the rescheduled game. If the game is canceled, you may request a refund. Season Ticketholders will receive a credit on their account for any canceled games. All tickets purchased through the Giants (e.g. at the ballpark ticket office or at Giants Dugout Stores) must be submitted to the AT&T Park Ticket Office by mailing your tickets and request to: AT&T Park, Attn: Giants Ticket/Client Relations Department, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. All tickets purchased through Tickets.com must be returned to the point of purchase to receive a full refund. Any such violation will be addressed appropriately by the Giants, their affiliates and the San Francisco Police Department will enforce California Penal Code Sec. 346 and M.P.C. 869 for any such violations. People caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to AT&T Park revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Giants ticket outlets only.

Ticket Donations

There are several ways to make sure that your tickets are put to good use.

  • Using Ticket Relay, tickets can be instantly donated to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with just a few clicks of your mouse. This unique ticket transfer system can be used to electronically email your tickets to CATS (Community Access Ticket Service), which assists the Giants in distributing donated tickets to non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Of course, you can still donate tickets the old-fashioned way.
To do so, mail or overnight your game tickets to:
    Community Access Ticket Service (CATS)
    54 Pier; Suite 209
    San Francisco, CA, 94158-2136

Tickets for weekday games must be received 24 hours prior to the game. In order for donated tickets to be distributed for weekend and holiday games, tickets must be received at the CATS office by Friday noon. Please call 415.543.1400 or email zoe@communitytickets.org with any questions.

Community Access Ticket Service (CATS) provides to disadvantaged individuals, opportunities to attend arts and sporting events in the Bay Area. CATS accomplishes this through partnership with 400 local social service agencies and working closely with local sports teams, museums, and fine arts groups. Through these collaborations, CATS is able to bring over 90,000 people yearly to hundreds of events.

CATS is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization TAX ID # 20-1241984. Please consult with your tax professional to determine how you may benefit from this donation. You have been provided no goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for your donation.

Acknowledgement letters are sent at the end of the season.

Tickets purchased by phone or on the team web site (sfgiants.com), can be picked up at one of the automated ticket kiosks at Willie Mays Plaza by simply swiping the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Ticket Relay users can pick-up tickets at our automated will call kiosks by swiping the card that has been registered on-line. The automated will call kiosks are available for ticket pick-up approximately four hours prior to the game.

Will call windows at AT&T Park open approximately two hours prior to the start of each home game. Will call windows are located near Willie Mays Plaza, at the box office windows along King Street. Fans who need to claim their tickets from will call must present valid photo I.D., and if required, the credit card used to make the original transaction. Will call tickets can only be released to the party whose name appears as part of the original ticket order/transaction.

Fans who wish to leave tickets at will call for friends, family or clients may do so at their own risk. Fans will be required to fill out a third-party will call envelope and include tickets. The Giants do not assume any responsibility for any unclaimed third-party will call tickets.

Fans are advised to claim their will call tickets as early as possible (including using the automated will call kiosks at Willie Mays Plaza). Will call lines can become more congested approximately 30 minutes prior to each home game.
