Ticket Relay

Ticket Relay enables fans to send and receive tickets via email. It's as easy as 1-2-3...

  • All you need are your tickets in order to enter their control codes and the e-mail address of the person to whom you want to transfer the tickets to.
  • The recipient instantly receives an e-mail notifying him/her of the transfer, and is asked to associate those tickets with a credit card.

Ticket Donations

Using Ticket Relay, tickets can be instantly donated to disadvantaged persons in the Bay Area with just a few clicks of your mouse.

This unique ticket transfer system can be used to electronically email your tickets to CATS (Community Access Ticket Service), who assists the Giants in distributing donated tickets to non-profit social service agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
