Director, Premium Seating Services
Rocky has been with the Giants' Client Relations department since the inaugural season of the ballpark in 2000 and assumed the responsibilities of Director, Premium Seating Services during the 2008 season. He joins the rest of the dedicated suite staff in a continuing effort aimed at providing you, our suiteholders, with the premier entertainment experience for both business and relaxation. You will see Rocky often on the suite level and should always feel free to reach out to him should you feel the need to discuss any aspect of your suite ownership.
Manager, Luxury Suites
Candice is your primary point of contact and will be in communication with you throughout the season. Candice, who will often be available to you on the suite level during the season, will work hard on your behalf to help you to get the best results possible from your suite ownership at AT&T Park.
Sr. Coordinator, Luxury Suites & Premium Services
Casey is in her fifth year working full-time within the Luxury Suite department, working in various capacities on the Oracle Suite Level. Casey will also be quite visible during home games, helping to address your needs and concerns on the Suite Level. She is also your primary point of contact for all of your Bank of America Business Center needs.
Day of Game Staff
Please note: Phone and Email are only available on game days, three hours prior to first pitch and one hour after the last out.
On game days, the Oracle Suite Level is fully staffed with concierge services, an attentive suite staff and a supervisor from our Premium Seating Services Team. During any game, you can reach the Concierge Desk by dialing the "Front Desk" button from your in-suite phone. Throughout the year, our Premium Seating Services department will be available to address your questions and concerns and will work hard to accommodate your every need.
