Q: What am I allowed to bring into the ballpark?
A: Plastic bottles and soft-sided juice containers containing non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the ballpark. However, glass bottles and cans are not permitted in the ballpark. No alcoholic beverage including non-alcoholic beer and wine are allowed into the park regardless of the container. Food, such as a bag lunch, is allowed into the ballpark. Backpacks, small duffle bags and small soft-sided coolers are allowed in the ballpark.
Q: What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park.
A: Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter AT&T Park. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Q: When does my group scoreboard message appear?
A: Group Scoreboard messages appear on the large scoreboard in center field at the bottom of the 3rd inning in most cases, but may appear up until the 5th inning.
Q: When is my final payment due and when will I receive my group tickets?
A: Final payment is due 60 days prior to your game date. Once payment is received, group tickets are mailed and should arrive within 5-10 business days. Once tickets are printed and mailed, all sales are final, there are no refunds or returns.
Q: May I add tickets to my original group order?
A: Yes, subject to availability. Because, the majority of Giants games sell out prior to the game date, most ticket additions must take place well in advance of the game. Ticket additions may be possible, but only in alternative seating locations than the original order. It is a good idea to reserve more group seats during your original purchase to ensure enough tickets in the same location. However, if tickets are still available, additions are a possibility. Contact your Sales Executive or call 415-972-2298 during regular business hours to purchase additional group tickets.
Q: My tickets were lost or stolen. What can I do?
A: The Giants are able to reprint your tickets, at face value, if the exact location of the lost or stolen tickets is known and the reprint is requested by the Group Leader in advance of the game. Call your Sales Executive or 415-972-2298 regarding reprints. If your tickets have been stolen, however, the Giants will reprint your tickets for no charge if a police report is provided. Treat your group tickets like cash and keep them in a secure place until your game.
Q: When will I receive my group leader gift?
A: Group leader gifts are exclusive, one-of-a-kind items and are typically mailed during the month of September near the end of the season.
