ELIGIBILITY: : The Gnome Hunt Contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of California and Nevada, 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees of SportsChannel Pacific Associates (d/b/a Comcast SportsNet Bay Area) ("Sponsor"), Comcast SportsNet West, Inc. (d/b/a Comcast SportsNet California), San Francisco Baseball Associates, LLC, and the MLB Entities (as defined below) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the households, whether or not related, of each of the above. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, The MLB Network, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
HOW TO ENTER; PARTICIPATION: To enter, visit www.csnbayarea.com and become a "follower" of CSNAuthentic or visit www.sfgiants.com/csnbayarea and become a "follower" of @sfgiants. Watch the Twitter feeds for @CSNAuthentic and @sfgiants beginning at 10:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Follow the clues, or tweets, given via the @CSNAuthentic and @sfgiants Twitter accounts to locate the winning destination. The first twenty-five (25) eligible contestants to reach this destination and correctly repeat the Twitter phrase to the authorized Sponsor representative will be deemed the winner of the Contest. A minimum of five (5) clues will be 'tweeted' for the winning destination. In the event the prizes are claimed before all the clues are given, contestants will be notified via a 'tweet' that the Contest has ended. Winners will be notified on-site. Winners must be present at the winning destination and correctly repeat the Twitter phrase to the authorized Sponsor representative to win a prize. In the event of a tie such that more than twenty-five persons reach the winning destination at the same time and simultaneously repeat the correct Twitter phrase to the authorized Sponsor representative, a random drawing among those contestants who are tied will be conducted on-site by the authorized Sponsor representative to determine the winner.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S): Twenty-Five (25) Prizes: Winners each will receive one (1) Willie the Gnome garden gnome statue (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"]: $15). Total ARV of all prizes: $375. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater retail value, at its sole discretion. All costs and expenses not stated herein as being provided in connection with the redemption, receipt and/or use of a prize are the responsibility of each winner, including, but not limited to, ground transportation, accommodations and meals, and all federal, state and local taxes. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:: By entering, contestants agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing and announcement of the tweets, the cancellation or postponement of any game, or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to contestants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the web site or for any travel related delays or cancellations. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes, in Sponsor's and/or MLBAM's sole opinion, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation or play of the Contest. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND MLBAM RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PUBLICITY: Each winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, if legally permissible, Sponsor and the MLB Entities and their respective designees have the right to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, authorization, remuneration or notification.
TAXES: All applicable local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.
LIABILITY: Each contestant, by participating, agrees that Sponsor and the MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective agents, employees, directors and officers (collectively, "Released Parties"), will have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by contestants against, any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property incurred in connection with or resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or participating in Contest.
The decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors.
