Mario Alioto
Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing

Mario Alioto, a member of the Giants front office for over two decades, is responsible for all corporate sponsorship sales at AT&T Park, including the signage presentation, special events, promotions, Giants Magazine, Giants Yearbook, production and creative services, and the organization's Hispanic Marketing initiatives. He also manages the day-to-day broadcasting relationship with KNBR, NBC Bay Area and Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, and is responsible for the team's Spanish language radio broadcasts on KLOK. In addition, he is the Giants liaison with Major League Baseball on all national and local licensing issues and is responsible for the Giants Dugout Store retail operation. He also oversees "Giants Forever", a program that keeps the organization in touch with its former players.

During each of the first nine seasons at AT&T Park, Alioto has been responsible for overseeing a record breaking sales effort that has consistently placed the Giants as one of the top sponsorship revenue generating teams in all of Major League Baseball.

In 2007, in addition to his current duties, Alioto was named President of Giants Marketing Group, a new division of the organization that offers sports sponsorship and marketing consulting services to third party events at AT&T Park as well as a number of venues and entertainment properties outside of the ballpark.

Alioto served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing during the final years at Candlestick Park. He oversaw a promotional lineup in 1999 which included the first ever Bobblehead Day. Alioto also played an integral role in developing the Charter Seat program and the Winner's Circle sponsorship program as the Giants prepared to build AT&T Park.

Alioto currently serves as a board member for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the San Francisco Giants Community Fund and is also a member of the St. Mary's College Board of Regents.

The St. Mary's College graduate lived out every youngster's dream by starting with the organization as a batboy in 1973 and later served as the visiting clubhouse manager prior to moving to the front office in 1983.

Alioto resides in Alamo with his wife Kelly and their four children, Tony, Dominic, Marco and Giuliana.
