Emerald Bowl Week of Events
A series of pre-Bowl events provide a memorable experience for the players and a five-day celebration of college football, offering Bowl partners an opportunity to extend their exposure beyond AT&T Park to multiple venues throughout the city of San Francisco.

Pre-Game Media Exposure
The Bowl runs large display ads in the San Francisco Examiner and Bay Area News Group and other Bay Area newspapers to promote ticket sales. Major Bowl partners could receive logo recognition in promotional advertising in these newspapers.

EMERALDBOWL.ORG is the Emerald Bowl's official website that serves as the game's main source of information. Partners will enjoy logo and link exposure on the official Emerald Bowl website. Promotional space also is available for Bowl partners' special offers and retail promotions.

The Emerald Bowl receives pre-event promotional radio spots on KNBR Radio to promote the game. Major Bowl partners could enjoy exposure in the form of tags during these radio spots.

KGO-TV Channel 7 provides the Emerald Bowl with more than one hundred twenty-five (125) promotional spots in the month leading up to the game. Major Bowl partners could enjoy recognition in television spots.

Day of Game Media
Television
The 2006 Emerald Bowl drew 9.9 million viewers. The Bowl's 4.48 TV rating ranked 9th among all 32 college bowl games and 3rd among the 21 bowl games televised by ESPN.

The Emerald Bowl's partnership with ESPN extends through 2017.

Bowl sponsorship programs could include :30 TV spots, during the national telecast on ESPN.

Radio
The Emerald Bowl's nationally syndicated game day broadcast is heard on more than 100 stations across the country, as well as live on Sirius Satellite Radio and the Armed Forces Network.

Bowl sponsorship programs could include :30 or :60 spots during the nationally syndicated radio broadcast.

Day of Game Print Exposure
Game Day Program
The Emerald Bowl Program is an annual collection of pictures and articles that highlights the thrilling seasons for the two teams playing in the game. The program is sold at AT&T Park on the day of the game and to school boosters and alumni. Opportunities are available for full and half-page advertisements in the Emerald Bowl Program

Ticket Backs
Your company could receive logo identification on all Emerald Bowl ticket backs, as well as the opportunity to offer promotional discounts on the purchase of your company's products. More than 35,000 tickets are produced and distributed. The Ticket Back Sponsor will have the option to use the Emerald Bowl name, logo and tickets for consumer promotions with prior approval from the Emerald Bowl.

Game Day Exposure
In-Game Scoreboard Features
Utilizing the AT&T Park Scoreboard for matrix messages, lucky seat giveaways, interactive features and sponsored replays is a great way to make a direct connection with the game and the fans in attendance.

Display & Sampling Opportunities
Bowl partners have the opportunity to set up displays in the plazas of AT&T Park before the game, and at the Pep Rally in Union Square.

Before the game, the Emerald Bowl provides space at the AT&T Park plazas for vehicle or marketing displays. Bowl Partners also have the opportunity to distribute samples, coupons, or conduct prize drawings.

The Pep Rally provides Bowl partners additional sampling and collateral distribution opportunities connected to the event, away from the playing field.

Game Day Signage
Field Boards
3' x 9' field boards line the playing field during the Emerald Bowl and provide Bowl partners excellent television exposure throughout the game.

Club Rotational Signage
AT&T Park has rotating fascia boards along the Club Level on one sideline and end zone. The sideline has seven (7) 20' boards to create 140' of signage. The end zone has five (5) 20' boards to create 100' of signage. This signage can be displayed by each quarter, half, or for the entire Emerald Bowl.

Sideline Pavilion
A bleacher pavilion was installed along the southern sideline at AT&T Park to close in the stadium, and provide premium signage opportunities for bowl partners. The signs enjoy prominent TV exposure throughout the game.

Hospitality
Providing priceless, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for your partners, employees and clients can be a significant component of an Emerald Bowl sponsorship. From enjoying the game in a Luxury Suite or premium seats, to entertaining in a AT&T Park hospitality area, to taking clients on the field before the game, your Company's partnership can provide a number of memorable experiences.

Kickoff Luncheon
The day before the game, the two participating teams assemble for a lunch at the Westin St. Francis to kick-off the week's events. This is a great opportunity for your guests to see the players off of the gridiron in a neutral environment as they celebrate their seasons and selections to the Emerald Bowl.

Luxury Suites
Fifteen (15) of your most valued clients and employees can enjoy the game in style in a AT&T Park luxury suite.

Premium Tickets
Your Emerald Bowl sponsorship could include tickets with access to premium locations in AT&T Park.

VIP Party Space
AT&T Park has multiple areas that are conducive to private pre-game parties. A variety of settings can accommodate groups ranging in size from 50-500 guests.

Field Visits
Your group could be escorted onto the field at AT&T Park for a pre-game field visit and the opportunity to watch the teams warm-up. Getting closer to the action than anyone else at the game is sure to leave an impression on your guests.

Local Activation - Bowl Marks
Emerald Bowl partners have the opportunity to incorporate the Emerald Bowl marks in advertising, promotions, and business development in the months leading up to the game. Examples of successful use of the marks includes:

Sweepstakes for Tickets and Game Day Experiences
As a Bowl partner, your company can leverage the biggest football game in the Bay Area as a way to drive traffic to your retail outlets. Enter-to-win contests can include luxury suites, pre-game field visits, or other unique game day experiences.

Cross Promotion
The Emerald Bowl can create a discounted ticket offer for your customers. These offers can be linked to a product purchase to promote sales during the holidays.

Community Outreach
The Emerald Bowl has multiple community outreach programs in place to provide tickets to local, pop warner dance and football players and other at-risk youth. As a partner, your company could send a group of kids to the game for an experience they will never forget. Your company will receive recognition during the game for your contribution.
