Promotional Days

Sponsoring a Giants giveaway day offers an unparalleled opportunity to send a powerful message to your audience and the community. By associating with a giveaway item, our fans will become great advertisements for you at the ballpark and long after the game ends. Examples of such giveaway items are hats, pins and bobbleheads.

All promotional day events include the following media and entertainment packages:

Media

• Identification in a Giants home stand press release
• Identification in all Giants promotional listings, inclusion in all paid Giants media promoting the event
• A minimum of three (3) Giants broadcast television drop-ins promoting the upcoming event
• Identification through a minimum of three (3) Scoreboard messages prior to the event
• Day-of-game logo identification during the half-inning break on the scoreboard "thanking" you for your sponsorship of the event
• Opportunity to hang three (3) 15' x 3' banners, one at each of the three (3) main entrances
• Logo representation associated with four (4) scoreboard replays during the game
• Logo representation on in-park monitors pre-game and during select breaks during the game

Entertainment

• Fifty (50) game tickets to the game
• Option to host a pre-game party for 50 guests on the Club Level, catering not included
• Pre-game field visit for four VIP guests to watch batting practice and take a group photo
• Opportunity for a company representative to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, which will be shown "live" up on the scoreboard with PA support

Heritage Nights Consumer Marketing

Throughout the baseball season, Giants fans are invited to purchase special tickets to Ethnic Heritage Nights in celebration of the San Francisco Bay Area's many diverse cultures. Participating fans receive a unique item (t-shirt, cap, beverage mug, etc.) that may include the sponsor's logo.

All fans enjoy pre-game entertainment in the plazas outside the ballpark and on the field before the game. Entertainment may include, but is not limited to: pre-game parties, musicians and costumed dancers.

Presenting sponsors also may have the right to use the Giants name and logo (with prior approval) to regionally co-promote the event through sweepstakes promotions or special ticket offers.

In addition, the presenting sponsor of an Ethnic Heritage Night at AT&T Park receives pre-event media and day-of-game hospitality packages.
