Hispanic Marketing Program - Gigantes de San Francisco
The Giants have developed a fully integrated Hispanic Marketing program in an effort to increase our presence within the Hispanic Community, and provide our corporate partners a marketing opportunity in this fast growing market. Your company is sure to benefit from aligning yourself with the Giants with a creative mix of media, AT&T Park exposure, and grassroots community outreach. Your company can create a proactive Hispanic Marketing platform with the San Francisco Giants that will allow your brand to resonate throughout the community.

Erwin Higueros and Tito Fuentes

Over the past four seasons, the Giants have continued to increase the Spanish language radio broadcasts for a portion of our games. Looking ahead to 2009, we will continue the tradition by broadcasting games for our Spanish speaking audience.

The Broadcast Team

Erwin Higueros Erwin Higueros, a 20-year veteran of Bay Area sports broadcasting, begins his 11th full season, his 12th overall in the Giants' Spanish language radio booth. In addition to his broadcast responsibilities, Higueros is a member of the Giants front office, working in both the media relations and Hispanic marketing departments

Tito Fuentes Tito Fuentes returns to the Giants' Spanish language broadcast booth for his sixth straight season. An active member in the Giants' marketing efforts, he is a regular participant in the Giants Fantasy Camp and Giants Cruise. A former Giant second baseman from 1965-1974, is a member of the all 60's team, and ads a unique flair to the broadcasts.

Major sponsorship includes all of the following entitlements. In addition, the Giants will mix and match the various components to meet your marketing and budgetary goals and objectives.

Spanish Full Page ad in Giants Magazine As a partner of the Giants Hispanic Marketing program, your company will receive:
• Four (4) :30-second spots, or two (2) :60-second spots
• Sponsor identification in opening and closing billboards
• Sponsor identification during one (1) "in-game live" feature - Title sponsorship of an "in-game live" update - "Today's starting lineup brought to you by _____". Or, "Today's out of town scores brought to you by ____".

Giants Magazine
The Giants will feature a full page, four-color advertisement in six issues of Giants Magazine to promote our Spanish language broadcasts. Your company will receive logo identification in each Giants Spanish radio print advertisement.

The Giants have developed a partnership with Univision TV - KDTV 14/KFSF to promote our Hispanic marketing initiatives.

• :30 second spots promoting Giants players and the Giants Hispanic Marketing efforts

• :30 second spots promoting the Giants Spanish Radio Broadcasts and Hispanic Marketing efforts


Giants Spanish Radio Daily Scoreboard Feature
Each Giants Hispanic Marketing partner will receive identification in a daily pre-game scoreboard feature at the ballpark that promotes the Giants Spanish language broadcast.

Tickets and Hospitality
As a Giants Hispanic Marketing partner, your company will receive:
• A ticket bank of Lower Box tickets for the Giants regular season
• Field visits and broadcast booth visits for four (4) guests


Hispanic Market Community Events

CarnivalCarnaval San Francisco
In an effort to further extend the San Francisco Giants' brand into the Hispanic Market and promote the Spanish radio broadcasts, the Giants have developed a partnership with the major Bay Area Hispanic cultural festival-Carnaval San Francisco.

Fiesta GigantesFiesta Gigante
The San Francisco Giants host an annual Fiesta Gigante event outside of AT&T Park. This popular event is held during Hispanic Heritage month in September and celebrates the rich and diverse Hispanic culture in the Bay Area. The event features live music, entertainment, food and a children's area. The Giants utilize both broadcast and print media, as well as grassroots promotional tools, to generate awareness for the event specifically to the various Hispanic Communities throughout the Bay Area.

Sponsors will receive identification in all pre-event media and promotion, a 10' x 10' booth at the event plus day of game recognition as a sponsor of Fiesta Gigante.

Giants Spanish Radio Collateral
The Giants will produce a variety of collateral to promote the Spanish radio broadcasts. From bumper stickers, to pocket schedules, to posters, this collateral will be distributed throughout Northern California. As a Spanish radio partner your company will receive logo identification on all co-branded collateral.
