Wednesday Training Runs with Basic Training

This spring, Basic Training is hosting weekly training runs in conjunction with the A&T Giant Race every Wednesday night at 6PM. Runs depart from Willie Mays Plaza, and we'll have various routes - all levels of runners are welcome! The runs are free to the public, and we'll be out there rain or shine. Drop in for two runs and get a free technical training t-shirt for The AT&T Giant Race!

At Basic Training, we believe the only workout worth doing is the one you can look forward to. We develop your strength, definition, cardio, speed, and power without walls, mirrors or fifty different machines. Our instructors are competitive athletes, so we know how to help you meet your goals for that 5K, 10K, marathon, Ironman and beyond. If you stick with our routine four days a week, one hour a day, you'll be a different person in six weeks. And you'll have a whole new set of friends.
