Q: If I was an Xtreme Kids member/purchaser in 2007, do I need to re-register?
Yes! If you registered anytime before December 31, 2007 you must re-register for the 2008 MLB season. It also allows us to collect and maintain the most up-to-date information.

Q: Can I sign up for a free membership?
Unfortunately, due to the costs of running the program we are unable to offer free memberships.

Q: Is there an age limit for Xtreme Kids?
No. There is no age limit to join Xtreme Kids.

Q: Is there an Adult Xtreme Rewards program for 2009?
There is a new adult fan package called G-Force planned for 2009. Check back on sfgiants.com within the upcoming months to learn more. You can still sign up your kids for Xtreme Kids and receive all the online benefits as the parent/guardian.

Q: Once I have purchased my package, can I change the game date for my Giants tickets?
Your ticket order is immediately processed once you have purchased. Dates cannot be changed.

Q: Where are my tickets located?
We can't guarantee exact locations but the two tickets included in your package are for View Reserved Seats.

Q: If I purchase 2 or more packages, will my tickets be seated together?
If the parent/guardian name and address is the same on all orders, we will process seats located next to each other. However, it is not guaranteed. For special ticket requests such as this, please call us at 415-972-2232 or email us at rewards@sfgiants.com to make sure your tickets will be seated together.

Q: Why does the registration screen say that my login already exists?
It may be possible that you have already registered an account with www.sfgiants.com. You must use the same username and password to register for Xtreme Kids. For instance, if you are receiving the Giants Jottings newsletter, it is because you have already registered as a user of www.sfgiants.com and must use that user name and password to register for Xtreme Kids Sign in to your www.sfgiants.com account now »

Q: What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, enter the username (i.e. your registered e-mail address), and click on "Forgot your password?" This will take you to a page where you will need to enter your username in order to have a new password promptly e-mailed to you. Sign in to your www.sfgiants.com account now »

Q: How do I change the password on my account?
Go to www.sfgiants.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the Register|Login link. On the left hand side of the page, enter your username (i.e. your registered e-mail address) and password. This will take you to the Newsletter Preferences page. Q: Is there a live person that I can talk to at AT&T Park about Xtreme Kids?
Yes, at selected Giants home games throughout the season, Xtreme Kids will have a table located on the Promenade Level behind homeplate at AT&T Park. If you need help finding us, just ask Guest Services, also located behind homeplate. Dates are:
4/13, 5/10, 5/11, 5/14, 5/15, 7/5, 7/18, 8/9, 9/6

We will also be at the Coca-Cola Fanlot, between the Kids mini park and the Coca-Cola slide, on these tentatively scheduled dates: 4/12, 4/27, 5/18, 7/20, 7/27, 8/10, 8/23, 9/7

Q: How do I change my e-mail address?
Go to www.sfgiants.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the Register|Login link. On the left hand side of the page, enter your username (i.e. your registered e-mail address) and password. This will take you to the Newsletter Preferences page. Q: How do I change my mailing address?
Go to www.sfgiants.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click on the Register|Login link. On the left hand side of the page, enter your username (i.e. your registered e-mail address) and password. This will take you to the Newsletter Preferences page. Click on "Personal Information" on the left hand navigation bar and follow the directions. Please contact Xtreme Rewards by e-mailing us at rewards@giants.mlb.com or calling us at 415.972.2232 to change your mailing address.

Q: I am the Parent/Guardian and my child is an Xtreme Kids member. Does this mean I am automatically entered in the Xtreme Rewards club for adults?
While there is no Adult Xtreme Rewards program, as the parent/guardian of the Xtreme kids members, you are entitled to all of the online benefits including priority ticket purchasing for 2007 and any online ticket offers.

Q: What do I do if I want to ensure that I receive e-mails about ticket priority purchasing?
Ensure that you do not have a spam filter on your e-mail that is prohibiting our messages from getting to you. Please make sure you have the following domain names and e-mail address added to your personal e-mail address book and allowed in your spam filters in order to ensure that you receive all relevant communications from sfgiants.com and Kids Xtreme: lists.mlb.com, website.mlb.com, xclusive.mlb.com and rewards@giants.mlb.com.

Q. When will I receive my package?
Packages will be delivered in 7-10 business days from date of purchase. If you selected a particular game date, your package will be ready for pick up on your game date. We will email you a week before your game date to give you pick up details. See Guest Services located on the promenade level behind homeplate for our location at the ballpark. If you selected the "contact me" option instead, we will contact you to schedule a pick-up date at a game or during our regular business hours.
