at AT&T Park during 2008 Season Opener.

FSN Bay Area and the San Francisco Giants invite Bay Area sports fans to an AUTHENTIC OPENING DAY at AT&T Park on March 31 to celebrate the re-launch of the network as Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.

The party begins at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31 and features a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for fans to take batting practice on the field at AT&T Park, watch the live telecast of the Giants' 2008 season opener on the AT&T Park HD Diamond Vision scoreboard, enjoy free hot dogs for the first 5,000 fans, and celebrate the start of the new season with Giants celebrities Willie Mays and PA Announcer Renel Brooks-Moon. 10:00 a.m. - Parking Lot Open: Free parking is provided in Giants Parking Lot A on Third Street.

11:00 a.m. - AT&T Park Gates Open: Enter at Willie Mays Plaza only.

11:30 a.m. - Fan Batting Practice: Ends at the close of Giants-Dodgers game. Batting practice is free, but fans are encouraged to make a donation to the Giants Community Fund.

Promotional Items: First 5,000 fans will receive free hot dogs.

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Giants Pregame Live show: Comcast SportsNet Bay Area will air a special one-hour Giants Pregame Live originating from Dodgers Stadium. The program will be shown live on the AT&T Park scoreboard and feature live coverage of the festivities at AT&T Park, including Willie Mays unveiling the new Comcast Sports Net Bay Area outfield sign at AT&T Park at approximately 12:03 p.m.

1:00 p.m. Giants/Dodgers game telecast: The Giants season opener - the first live sporting event to air on Comcast SportsNet - will also be shown live on the AT&T Park scoreboard.

Ceremony Host: Giants Pregame Live host and public address announcer Renel Brooks-Moon.
