Take Me Out to the Ballgame
The San Francisco Giants' "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" program provides deserving nonprofit agencies and community groups with the opportunity to obtain complimentary tickets to a Giants home game. Organizations that work with underprivileged constituents and that participate in community service or educational activities are eligible to apply (99K, Adobe Acrobat Reader required).

Tickets from this program cannot be used for fundraising purposes. If you are interested in purchasing tickets to use for a fundraiser, please contact our Group Sales department at 415-972-2298.

Speaker's Bureau
The Giants front office staff members comprise the Giants' Speaker's Bureau. If you would like to invite one of our members to your next event, please download a form (19K, Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and submit your request a minimum of six weeks in advance of your event. Giants representatives are able to speak about Giants baseball, AT&T Park and other issues related to the Giants organization.

In-Kind Donation Policy
The Giants provide fundraising assistance to thousands of organizations annually in the form of in-kind donations. In order to be eligible for a donation, please submit a written request on your organizational letterhead with the information listed below:

• Each request must contain the following information about your organization:
   -- History, mission and purpose
   -- Date of event. If no date is given, the request will not be processed
   -- Mailing address and a contact name
   -- Federal Tax ID Number
   -- Please send your request at least one month prior to the event

• Phone, fax or e-mail requests will not be accepted. Any incomplete requests will not be considered.

• Requests should be mailed to the Community Relations Department only. Please refrain from sending multiple copies to other departments.

• Due to the high volume of donation requests, please do not call for updates on the status of your request.

• As a matter of policy, we cannot consider any requests for organizations located outside of Northern California.

• Donations will be mailed out at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.

All requests can be sent to Community Relations, AT&T Park, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. The Giants do not accept items to be autographed.

Ballpark Community Messages
The San Francisco Giants are committed to helping nonprofit and community agencies promote their organizations through in-park matrix board messages. Please follow the directions on the downloadable form (108K, Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and submit it to our office at least one month prior to your requested date. Selection is random and the Giants cannot guarantee scoreboard placement to all organizations.

Giants Community Clubhouse
In 2006, the San Francisco Giants unveiled our Community Clubhouse which is located directly behind homeplate on the Promenade Level of AT&T Park. This clubhouse is available for use by Bay Area community organizations during the baseball season to raise awareness and educate Giants fans about their particular focus or cause.
