James Beard Award Winning Chef Traci Des Jardins will open two new restaurants in March 2010 at AT&T Park. Construction on the AT&T park eateries will start at the end of this month and convert Des Jardins' existing restaurant, ACME Chophouse, into two new establishments - Public House and Mijita.
Public House is designed to be a year-round destination for great sports watching and will feature one of the largest draft beer and cask ale offerings in San Francisco as well as a full bar.
Along Third Street opening adjacent to Public House and AT&T Park will be the second Mijita taqueria, the original Mijita is located at the Ferry Building. Mijita is a taqueria with a Bay Area flavor and will feature Mexican food from Traci's childhood, which was inspired by her maternal grandmother, Angela Salazar.
Public House and Mijita will offer sit down dining and to-go options, making grabbing food and going to the ballgame, or heading back to the office quick, easy and delicious.
