The Mariners are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in this year's Seat Relocation Program. New this year, you will have the option to relocate and upgrade your season ticket locations from the convenience of your home or office through your "My Mariners Account". You will have the ability to move your seats within the same seating area or upgrade to the best available seats at Mariners.com/MyAccount

All Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled and have the option to take part in Seat Relocation, taking place November 4-15.

Seat Relocation Program Information
  • Recently you should have received an email with your assigned Seat Relocation appointment date and time, based upon your priority date as a Season Ticket Holder. If you have not received your appointment time, please contact your Account Manager directly or our Season Ticket Hotline (206) 346-4003.

  • Assigned appointment dates and time for Seat Relocation take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday, starting November 4 through November 15.

  • Seat Relocation is optional. If you are satisfied with your current seat location and plan and wish to not participate in this year's Seat Relocation program, your seats will remain on your account untouched and not further action is needed from you. This program is to help benefit those that wish to view available seating options and plans.

  • Preparing for your Seat Relocation appointment:
    • Please take a moment to log into your "My Mariners Account" to make sure you have the correct password. Contact your Account Manager directly or our Season Ticket Hotline (206) 346-4003 if you have forgotten your password or need a new one temporary one assigned to you.
    • We encourage you to watch the above video that walks you through the Seat Relocation process online.

  • If you are not able to participate in this year's Seat Relocation process online, contact your Account Manager directly or the Season Ticket Hotline (206) 346-4003 to make special arrangements for a phone or in-person appointment.
Seat Relocation Program FAQ

Q: I'm happy with my current season ticket location; do I have to take part in Seat Relocation?

Q: What if I cannot relocate my seats during my allotted time?

Q: I have multiple Season Ticket Plans in my account. Can I upgrade all my plans at the same time?

Q: There is a set of three seats together in a great location, but I only want two seats. Can I move into that location?

Q: I relocated my seats but there was not a difference of price in my location. Why do I have to put my credit card information into the system again?

Q: I have annually placed a request to improve my seats, yet my seats have never been moved. Other people seem to get moved - am I doing something wrong?

Q: I exchanged my tickets for a game last year and was able to sit in some great seats. Can I relocate to that location?
