Tickets for a future game may be exchanged for the best available seats at least 24 hours in advance of the game you are exchanging. Exchanges may be done in person at the Safeco Field Box Office.
All exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single game ticket purchase. Ticket discounts, special ticket promotions and/or coupon offers do not apply. There will be no exchanges of unused tickets to past games.
Season Ticket Holder Ticket Exchanges
Season Ticket Holders have the option to exchange their tickets at the Safeco Field Box Office or online through mariners.com/myaccount. The exchanges are subject to availability and at prices established for single game ticket purchase. The Season Ticket Holder discount, special ticket promotions and/or coupon offers to do not apply when exchanging tickets for a future game.
Online exchanges can only be done for equal number of tickets (2 tickets must be traded for 2 tickets, etc.). Credits resulting from an exchange must be used within the same regular season. If you have questions, please call (206) 346-4001 or visit the Mariners Box Office for more information.
Children two years of age and under do not require a ticket to attend a game, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Once a child turns three, they will need their own ticket to enter the ballpark.

Located on Edgar Martinez Drive S. and First Avenue S.Home Plate Box Office is open seven (7) days a week, excluding holidays, starting March 16, 2014 and ending after the last home game.
Left Field Box Office opens 2.5 hours prior to home games and can help you with Ticket Purchases or Ticket Master Will Call pick up and closes at the end of the 4th inning.
