Barry is very concerned about the sharp rise in forged and unlicensed Bonds products, and has redesigned the way he creates memorabilia in order to help protect his fans and collectors.

1. Provide a Secure Place to Purchase Guaranteed Authentic Barry Bonds Hand-Signed Products.

All products signed by Barry since 2004 feature a uniquely numbered MLB Authentication Program hologram and the new tamper proof security & numbered Bonds Hologram. This means that every signed Bonds item is witnessed by an MLB representative and by a notary public.

All Bonds hand signed products also include a special Bonds Certificate of Authenticity that is notarized as well as handsigned by Bonds.

Sellers are advertising a signed Bonds trading card, but the picture is for a card that bears no signature.

The ad claims that the card pictured will come signed by Barry Bonds.

What buyers get is a forged signature on the Bonds card pictured.

Virtually every trading card Barry has ever signed (especially in the past 10 years) has the seals of that trading card company, MLB, Barry's, or some combination of those.
