Yovani Gallardo did pretty well on the mound in his season debut, holding the Giants to two runs in 6 2/3 innings, but he did even better with a bat, slugging a tiebreaking three-run homer. Mike Cameron also went yard, and Carlos Villanueva earned his first save of the year.
