The Rockies posted four runs in the second inning, started by RBI singles from Nos. 8 and 9 hitters Omar Quintanilla and Aaron Cook, and never looked back. Garrett Atkins capped the scoring with a two-run shot that emphasized his recent resurgence, and Cook pitched into the eighth for his ninth victory of the year.
