Matt Cain delivered six no-hit innings and gave himself the lead with a solo homer in the five-run sixth, but the bullpen couldn't hold it. Down to their last out in the ninth inning, the Giants tied it up with a Fred Lewis double before the Cardinals squeezed out one more run in the 10th.
