Posey, Panda head Giants' list as ASG ballot released
Last year's popular duo joined by Belt, Scutaro, Crawford, Blanco, Pagan and Pence

SAN FRANCISCO -- The names of Buster Posey and Pablo Sandoval should look extremely familiar on the All-Star ballot.
Both Giants were elected to the National League All-Star team last year, and they're predictably making repeat appearances for votes -- Posey at catcher and Sandoval at third base.
The ballot-box experience happened to be an overwhelming one for them, too. Posey collected 7,621,370 votes, the highest total ever accumulated by a National Leaguer. And Sandoval overcame a deficit of nearly 465,000 votes in the final week to finish with 5,743,542 votes and beat out Mets star David Wright (4,133,380). It was Sandoval's second consecutive trip to the Midsummer Classic.
Other Giants on the ballot include first baseman Brandon Belt, second baseman Marco Scutaro, shortstop Brandon Crawford and outfielders Gregor Blanco, Angel Pagan and Hunter Pence.
In-stadium balloting at AT&T Park starts May 3 and ends on June 21.
