  • Twins announce 2017 Spanish language broadcast schedule

    The Minnesota Twins today announced their Spanish language radio broadcast schedule for the 2017 season. The La Raza radio group will broadcast a total of 50 games throughout the 2017 season. Those games can be heard on 1400AM and 1470AM as well as La Raza's new signal 95.7 FM. Broadcasts will include Opening Day (April 3rd at 3:10 p.m. at Target Field against the Kansas City Royals), Diversity Day (August 3rd at 7:10pm at Target Field against the Texas Rangers), most Sunday and Tuesday games throughout the season and the Twins final game of the regular season (October 1st vs. Detroit). A complete 2017 Spanish language broadcast schedule is included below.

  • Twins option four; reassign two to Minor League camp

    The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have optioned left-handed pitchers Mason Melotakis to Triple-A Rochester and Randy Rosario to Double-A Chattanooga, and right-handed pitchers Felix Jorge and Fernando Romero to Double-A Chattanooga. Additionally, they have reassigned left-handed pitcher Stephen Gonsalves and right-handed pitcher Aaron Slegers to minor league camp.
