Altuve, Morneau, Harper named to MLB All-Star squad for Japan All-Star Series
Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association announced today that American League Batting Champion Jose Altuve of the Houston Astros, National League Batting Champion Justin Morneau of the Colorado Rockies and Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals have been named to the MLB All-Star Team.
Division series start times through Sunday announced
Major League Baseball today announced the start times for Division Series games though Sunday, October 5th. TBS will exclusively televise all American League Division Series games, while FOX Sports 1 and MLB Network will combine to air all National League Division Series games.
Umpires for Wild Card Games and Division Series Announced
Major League Baseball today announced the umpires who have been assigned to 2014 Postseason games through the Division Series. The Wild Card Game crew chiefs will be Gerry Davis and Joe West, while the Division Series crew chiefs will be Ted Barrett, Jeff Kellogg, Dale Scott and Mike Winters.

Major League Baseball finished the 2014 regular season with an attendance of 73,739,622, marking the seventh highest total of all-time, it was announced today.
