LOS ANGELES -- Many of the Dodgers' top Minor League prospects opened the 2013 season at Double-A Chattanooga, but if you want to see them there, hurry.
From the club's top 20 prospects (as ranked by MLB.com's Draft and prospect expert Jonathan Mayo), five of the top six are with the Lookouts, including Cuban sensation Yasiel Puig, who is already tearing up the Southern League after tearing up the Cactus League without convincing management he was ready for The Show.

But Chattanooga also claims the franchise's top starting pitching prospect, former two-sport star Zach Lee; fellow former first-round pick Chris Reed; Cuban left-handed pitcher Onelki Garcia; and hard-nosed outfielder Joc Pederson.
The only top-six prospect not at Chattanooga is last year's first-round pick, shortstop Corey Seager, who begins his first full year at Class A Great Lakes.

As an indication of the Major League club's veteran depth, only two of the top 20 prospects opened the season with the Dodgers -- left-handed reliever Paco Rodriguez and catcher Tim Federowicz -- with Federowicz's tenure in jeopardy with the weekend acquisition of veteran catcher Ramon Hernandez from the Rockies for Aaron Harang.
Although the big league club still has seven veteran pitchers under control, the trade of Harang removes one of the obstacles for when Lee is ready to make the jump to the Major Leagues. Chris Capuano and Ted Lilly can become free agents after the 2013 season.
Look toward the Lookouts of Chattanooga for the most loaded of the Dodgers' affiliates, with five of the top six prospects and seven of the top 20. Class A Great Lakes has five ranked prospects, including Seager and Angel Sanchez.
Debuts and Draftees
In addition to Rodriguez and Seager, the ranked prospects to come out of last year's Draft are Jesmuel Valentin, Garcia, Ross Stripling and Zachary Bird. Valentin is in extended spring camp rehabbing from wrist hamate surgery, while Stripling is at Rancho Cucamonga and Bird at Great Lakes.
Teams on TV
