By submitting my photo, I agree to give to brewers.com and its affiliates the perpetual and unlimited right and license to use, edit, modify, duplicate and/or create derivative works from my photo in all media. Further, I represent that I own all copyrights in the photo and caption or have authorization from all copyright owners, and that I have the express permission of all individuals in the photo to submit it to brewers.com. I understand that brewers.com is under no obligation to use my photo, all submissions are subject to the brewers.com Terms of Use, and all information is treated in accordance with the brewers.com Privacy Policy. If I do not agree to all of these terms, I will not submit a photo to brewers.com.
