Online Account Manager

You have access to your personal account through a secured site at Indians.com, where you can pay your invoices online, email your tickets via Ticket Forward, check the status of a payment and update your account information.

What you can do with My Indians Account:

  • FanPass (Digital Delivery) - Use your credit card to gain entry to Progressive Field and never worry about forgetting the tickets again.
  • Print at Home - Download and print tickets from your printer.
  • Transfer tickets to friends via e-mail - Want to share your season tickets with clients, friends or family? My Indians Account lets you easily get your season tickets in to the hands of others with Ticket Transfer! Login to My Indians Account to get started today!
  • Selling Tickets - The Indians secondary ticket market is located on StubHub! - The Official Secondary Ticket Marketplace of the Cleveland Indians. Find out more about selling your tickets now »
  • Pay Season Invoice online - Simply log in to your My Indians Account to pay for your season tickets.
  • Account Update - Use the My Account Tab to update your account information including password, e-mail address, phone, credit card information, e-mail confirmation preferences, etc. It is important that the Indians have an accurate email address for your account, please use this easy feature to insure that you are getting all information we send out to Season Ticket Holders.

Registering Your FanPass Card Online

Easily manage and distribute your season tickets by credit card - online, securely, and at your convenience - through the electronic delivery of your Indians season tickets.

  1. Log in to your "My Indians Account"
  2. Click View/Edit Settings
  3. Select Manage My Paperless Tickets
  4. Select "Add Fan Pass"
  5. Select "Credit Card" from the dropdown menu
  6. Enter the required credit card information
  7. Read the terms of use, then Save the card to your account

Now you're ready to assign tickets to your card and distribute tickets to others!


IMPORTANT: You will not receive paper tickets for your order with this method of delivery. You MUST present the credit card used for purchase and have the entire party with you in order to enter the ballpark.

  • FanPass entry is available at every gate of Progressive Field, including early entry at Gate C.
  • At the gate the usher will swipe the credit card you assigned the tickets to and hand you a seat locator with the seat information printed on it.
  • If you have loaded value on your tickets the loaded value it will be in the barcode of your seat locator.
  • Transferring individual seats from your order will be available in 2013 so that you and your party may arrive separately.

Tribe Rewards (Available for accounts with 20 games or more)

New for 2013, Tribe Rewards allows Season Ticket Holders to earn points just for being a Season Ticket Holder. Points can be redeemed for Cleveland Indians experiences, autographed items, memorabilia, tickets and more. Log in below to access Tribe Rewards.

FAQ's

If I enroll in FanPass or Ticket Fast, will I receive regular paper tickets from the Indians?
No. All your tickets will be received through your account online. You can digitally deliver games to a registered credit card (FanPass) or email account (Ticket Fast) quickly, easily and for FREE.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. The full credit card number is encrypted in the ticket system and once entered into the system cannot be accessed again. In addition, neither the card's expiration date, security code, nor you billing address is required.
When will my tickets be available for assigning and delivery?
Once your 2013 Tickets are available you will receive notification by email that your tickets are ready to be managed online. This will occur prior to Spring when tickets are ready to be viewed. After receiving this email simply log into your My Indians Account with your account number and pin number to register your card or distribute electronically to any desired recipient for entry into Progressive Field.
