Create a lasting memory at your next Cubs spring training game with a personalized, custom message on the Sloan Park video board. Your custom video board message will be broadcast further than you think as all proceeds from custom messages help fund Cubs Charities programs for at risk youth.
Video Board Message: Appears on the Sloan Park Video Board in the middle of the 5th inning
8"x10" Print: An email will be sent to the email address provided upon purchase to redeem your 8 in. by 10 in. print within 10 business days of the original display of the message.
JPEG Digital Download: An email will be sent to the email address provided upon purchase to redeem your JEPG image download within 10 business days of the original display of the message.
Proposal Package: ONE PER GAME. Includes "Will you Marry Me?" and up to a custom 40-character message, with 8x10 Print, Digital Download, and customized Engagement Certificate. All elements will be sent my mail and email as stated previously.
Images and Certificates are not available for pick-up at the ballpark.
All proposals must be purchased through the "Proposal Package."
All messages will be displayed in the middle of the 5th inning, with a limit of 40 characters and a choice of the following five introductory greetings:
Messages will be displayed for 3-5 seconds and are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All proceeds benefit Cubs Charities.
Video Board message requests must be submitted no later than one business day before a game.
Only 20 video board messages are available per game, so be sure to order yours soon! Available space fills up quickly.
Your message will be displayed on the Sloan Park video board during the middle of the 5th inning.
We will make every effort to take each photo during the live display of the video board message. In the event of technical or other difficulties, we reserve the right to recreate the photo at a later date.
The Cubs reserve the right to approve and edit any message. Messages which contain obscene or offensive content or include foul language will not be accepted. Marketing messages are not permitted.
Messages may be one line containing 40 characters or less, including spaces and punctuation.
There are no refunds for video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, the message will be played during the make-up game.
